Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: Product in stock, it takes 1-3 business days. Or it is 7-10 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
Q: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
A: We provide samples for free but shipping cost not include.
Q: How to deal with defect products?
A: If have any defect for our quality problems, please show us the pics and videos ,we will compensate new free one in your next order.
Q: What's the Lead time?
A: 1-3 working days for samples, 3-7 working days for bulk order. Custom paper box packaging will take around 7 working days after we confirm the final design.
Q: Can I have my logo on Cartridge/battery/disposable pen/syringe? What's the process?
A: Sure, we do support private lable on all products and packagings as well.
